Hepzibah is the High Priestess of all witches and warlocks, an Empress, and she is a very powerful witch who came to stay with the Stephenses to see if a mixed marriage could work out, and by doing so she would transform the Stephenses' Home into a palace to feel like she was home. She was seen in episodes "To Go or Not to Go That is the Question" and "Salem Here We Come". She is also Contessa Piranha's aunt. Hepzibah is played by Jane Connell.
